This workshop closes that gap. Workshop Elements

This workshop is built around two core challenges. In the first half, you'll work with real signals of emerging change — collecting, evaluating, and making sense of them using both human judgment and AI-assisted methods. You'll see firsthand where AI adds genuine value to scanning and where it falls short, and develop the critical filters to tell the difference.

In the second half, you'll shift from doing the work to designing the system. Using what you learned in the morning as raw material, you'll build a scanning and sensemaking workflow you can take back to your organization — one that integrates AI deliberately, at the points where it actually helps.

How do I register?

Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Email events@changeist.com with your organization name and billing details and we'll issue an invoice. Your registration will be confirmed once payment is received.

Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?
Yes, at any time and at no charge. Email events@changeist.com with the new attendee's name and email.

What is the cancellation policy?
More than 30 days before the event: full refund minus SGD 50 fee. 15–30 days: 50% refund or full credit toward a future workshop. Less than 15 days: no refund, but transfers welcome. See full policy below.

Is there a group discount?
Yes — the 3-Person Team Bundle (SGD 2,400) offers a reduced rate for teams from the same organization.

Will my card be charged in SGD?
Yes. Payments are processed in SGD via Stripe. Your card issuer may apply a small international transaction fee depending on your location and card type.

What should I do before the workshop?
Registered participants will receive a pre-workshop assignment including readings and a short scanning exercise. Details are sent after registration.

What do I need to bring?
A laptop or tablet with internet access. All other materials are provided.

Is lunch provided?
Lunch is on your own — there are several good restaurants within walking distance, and refreshments are also available at The Foundry. Light refreshments are provided during the workshop.

What language is the workshop conducted in?
English.

How do I get to the venue?
The Foundry is at 11 Prinsep Link, near Bras Basah and Bencouli MRT stations. The venue is a short walk from either.

Do I need a visa to attend?
The workshop is held in Singapore. Most nationalities can enter visa-free for short visits. Check the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority website for your country's requirements.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus SGD 50 administrative fee.
15–30 days before the event: 50% refund, or full credit toward a future Changeist workshop.
Less than 15 days before the event: No refund. You may transfer your registration to a colleague at no charge by notifying events@changeist.com.
